Beautiful flowers from Nanas recent funeral.
Our trip up to Gridley, California where the girls ancestor, George Washington Gridley, founded this town. He is buried in the Gridley-Biggs Cemetery in town. Later we found out that another Gridley relative of theirs is Richard Gridley who served as President George Washingtons Chief Engineer during the American Revolutionary War and who directed the building of a fortress that the British were unable to penetrate.
Sutter Butte area
This is the smallest mountain range in north america.

We watched the lightening strike all over the valley and this is a view from our front yard of the beginning of the fires near us.

Natalie and her beautiful face and smile. She is always surrounding us with positive vibes no matter what. She is always there lifting us up and making us smile! I love her so much!!!!
